We are excited to announce the re-focusing and renaming of Results Coaching Systems to the NeuroLeadership Group.
We began as a coaching firm back in 1998, focusing on a core approach to facilitating positive change, through coaching techniques and systems. Since then, with our increasing focus on the theory underneath coaching, and the launch of several books, it has become clear that we are involved in much more than coaching.
Now with operations in 24 countries, and many global initiatives underway based on wider field of NeuroLeadership, a name change has become important. As well as a new name, we have launched a range of new products and services, aimed at using research from the brain in new ways, to help individuals enhance their thinking and improve their conversations, and to help organizations transform their culture.
We will continue to offer our existing programs, including our ICF accredited coach credential suite that has been so successful.
The new organization remains separate from the NeuroLeadership Institute, an independant research and education initiative offering academic degrees, publishing a journal and coordinating a summit and educational outreach programs. See more on the Institute here
About the NeuroLeadership field
The NeuroLeadership field is intended to help individuals and organisations of all types fulfill their potential through better understanding how the human brain functions at individual, team and systemic levels.
There are four domains of focus that appear to be emerging as the central organizing principles for the NeuroLeadership field:
- Decision making and problem solving
- Staying cool under pressure
- Collaborating with others
- Facilitating change
These principles are echoed through out the NeuroLeadership Group’s offerings.
