Results Coach Certification programs are based on the Results Coaching System™, a coaching methodology taught to over 10,000 graduates across 24 countries for well over a decade.
We are accredited by the International Coach Federation, and acknowledged as one of the coaching world’s most respected and intensive training experiences. Our Methodology
The Results Coaching System™ is neuroscience-based, process-focused, and outcome driven, making this approach ideal for coaching rational, business focused professionals. It draws from contemporary neuroscience, along with research taken from areas such as positive psychology, adult learning theory, systems and change theories.
Our definition of coaching is ‘facilitating positive change by improving thinking’. Coaches learn to work at the level of improving each individual’s underpinning thinking. This helps people progress through identifying impasses, to generating insights, then enabling actions and finally generating positive and sustainable new habits.
Our brain-based training programs provide cutting-edge coaching theory together with the skills, tools and resources to effectively coach others. Participants learn the principles behind each coaching technique and gain confidence in their effective use through peer coaching, individual and group mentoring, and even coaching their own clients.

The outcome of these three qualities is an approach that generates insight fast. On average, our coaches are able to shift people from impasse to action 75% of the time, in brief conversations.

Credentialing
Is credentialing important to you?
According to the 2009 ICF Global Coaching Client Study conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers and Association Resource Centre Inc., 77 percent of coaching clients consider coaching credentials or certification “important” when selecting a coach to hire. Forty-four percent said a credential or certification was “very important.”
The International Coach federation (ICF) is the leading global organization for coaches, with over 19,000 international members. It exists to advance the coaching profession by setting high ethical standards, provide independent certification, and build a worldwide network of credentialed coaches. The ICF is the only organization that awards a global credential which is currently held by 6,000 coaches worldwide.
The ICF offers 3 levels of credentialing:
- Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
- Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
- Master Certified Coach (MCC)
Each credential requires a specific set of required hours of coach-specific training and coaching experience of the coach. Application for the credentialing can be done via the portfolio or ACTP route.
The NeuroLeadership Group is one of the few coaching schools in the world offering an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) with the ICF. We have trained more than 11,000 coaches globally since 1998. All graduates of our programs are equipped with knowledge of the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics and core coaching skills through our training and assessment process.

Results Associate Certificate of Coaching (Results ACC)
Everything you need to begin coaching
This intensive course equips individuals with all the tools to start a coaching practice in any area of specialization, or coach within the workplace. Participants will be able to start coaching by the fifth tele-class of unit 2. This program meets all requirements needed to enable application for Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) via the portfolio route, once individuals have gained the coaching hours required by the ICF.
Results Professional Certificate of Coaching (Results PCC)
Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP)
This is an Accredited Coach Training program (ACTP) by the ICF. This program is designed with flexibility for the participant, both in terms of the unit of specialization and the intensity of the training. This program prepares participants for the ICF Professional Certified Coach credential once individuals have completed 750 hours of coaching.
