some of the largest Fortune 500 firms globally, helping to improve
leadership effectiveness and culture. The firm is 13 years old,
originally an Australian company, and now with operations in 24
countries and a global leadership team based in downtown NYC. Roles available: Human Resource Junior in New York business unit
Due to increased growth, we are looking for a fabulous HR junior to work with the global COO and CEO to grow the business.
We are looking for a team member who wants to develop and be part of a growing team to support us:
- Hiring the right team in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific, including developing role descriptions, interviewing, testing, on boarding
- Support the development of the existing team
- Document and improve existing internal HR processes
- Bring new thinking to our OD strategies
The role will suit someone who is:

- Able to deal with the challenges of a growing company
