Success in today's globalized economy requires an ability to adapt to
different cultures. This capacity, called Cultural Intelligence
(CQ) leads to improved decision-making, performance, and adjustment in
culturally diverse settings.
Our Diversity Intelligence workshop builds on insights from
personalized CQ assessments. These assessments have been developed out
of an intensive research campaign run by several universities around the
globe.
This program both measures and develops CQ in groups of leaders,
helping them to better cope with multi-cultural situations, engage in
cross-cultural interactions, and perform in culturally diverse work
groups.
