SCARF engage

Online assessment identifying drivers of individual engagement and performance

Measure the level of individual employee engagement in real time

How engaged or otherwise a person feels has a tangible impact on their ability to solve problems, make decisions, stay cool under pressure, collaborate with others and deal with change.

Latest neuroscience shows the driving force to be either a sense of reward (bringing about increased engagement and a positive impact on performance) or threat (resulting in disengagement and a negative impact on performance).

SCARF Engage helps organizations and individuals measure and improve engagement over time. By understanding the level of threat or reward an individual feels in relation to different areas across their role, the assessment helps explain engagement levels and what needs to happen to improve them.

Benefits

Take time out to consider one of the key elements that determine individual and organizational performance: engagement levels.

Delivery options

In addition to the online questionnaire, the assessment can be completed in person as a paper-based assessment activity within the SCARF Experience workshop.
