Workplace Coaching Skills gives participants the knowledge and
confidence to work with clients on work-related opportunities and
issues. The course compliments and lays a generalist foundation for the
specialist business and executive coaching courses.
Following an introduction to establishing a workplace coaching
agreement, we look deeply at six typical areas for workplace coaching:
career development, organisational goals, work relationships,
work-related financial goals, leadership and skill development.
This highly practical program draws on client scenarios from
participants, increasing each participant’s understanding of working in
these areas, along with a range of tools and resources to use during
sessions.
