Today’s workplace is unique: For the first time in modern history, five generations are working together at once. And while there are differences in how these generations might communicate or prefer to work, through video interviews with NLI employees — spanning Generation Z to baby boomers — it’s clear “sometimes there are more similarities than differences,” as resident baby boomer Edwin Mourino puts it.
